Our pledging process cultivates adults who are prepared for their careers. In a competitive job market, our members stand out in their professional accomplishments and work experience.

The professional committee plans a variety of events to further each member’s career skills including resume workshops, excel workshops, mock interviews, case competitions, professional speakers, and more.

Members also have the opportunity to attend our annual regional conference, called Principled Business Leaders Institute, which is held in Chicago.
